VIP Policy
As you know, there isn’t a company out there that can promise you without a shadow of doubt that your account will not get stolen, hacked, suspended or banned. Or that your gold will not be confiscated after receiving it. So these new Policies were created with a few things in mind;
1. Most importantly that you my clients are set free from any and all risks associated with RMT.
2. Secondly, the stress and disappointment relief I will get when I won’t have to see Blizzard strip the rights of my fellow gamers forcing them to lose money and time.
3. Keeping Blizzard focused on my Competition. “You know! The other Chinese and Non-Chinese companies who practice stealing, hacking, botting and are pretty much the reason behind Blizzards aggressive stance towards RMT”
4. Prevent Blizzard, competition and scammers from purchasing our services in attempt to uncover our secret networking methods and guild infrastructure.
5. And last but not least, to protect OUR HC gamers from the risks associated with being on the other end of the spectrum. They require security as well…
So with that in mind we will address the first major change to this new policy. VIP members will be required to provide Photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport which matches the identity registered with Paypal. It can be scanned and sent via email along with your Order No at the time of purchase or ahead of time. I know some of you may not want to go through all that trouble and may be worried about privacy issues. Basically, all photos will be kept confidential and encrypted on our servers and not released to any third party under any circumstances. They are needed to ensure this service remains classified; cause once the word is out it will spread like wild fire and I don’t need Blizzard or the Competition ruining this for us, not to mention we have a ton of money invested into our guild infrastructure, from accounts to currency to hardware and software; and we don’t need Blizzard deleting it all at a push of a button. Also this will detour scammers by 99% from doing Credit Card Fraud since it will require more effort in providing picture ID. For the person who is looking to do legitimate business and wants that extra security bonus and savings they won’t mind adhering to these policy changes, only those who have ulterior motives won’t like these changes as they have to do more work and can be caught a lot more easily.
Ordering steps
1. Take a mug shot of the desired look of the character, one side profile and one front profile. We will require this because we will be creating the character and account with your Photo ID info before its archived. We are setting an uploading feature in the near future but for launch those who order will have to just email the screenshots in.
2. We were going to accept CD keys from the clients when creating the account but that still left us open for possible fraud and account closures due to stolen CD keys and also leaving us liable for the legal consequences. So we will be using CD keys we purchase directly from legit wholesalers. So the price for these CD keys and subscription time cards will be included in your original purchase total.
3. After placing your order and fulfilling the 2 requirements of photo ID and character mug shots you order will be placed in a queue. At Launch there will be four queue slots in total:
US alliance/horde 1 slot for each faction
EU alliance/horde 1 slot for each faction
We have set up the perfect guild network that will protect the accounts from reporters as well state of the art networking hardware/software to prevent Blizzards warden from detecting the workrooms location. These guilds have been optimized to provide the characters things necessary to fly through the levels and complete content that is otherwise a huge time sync and headache. These HC gamers only work together in groups/guilds which is another big difference you’ll see compared to the conventional services of today which is 95% soloing or botting. Thus the reason for the queue, we will not start until we have at least 5 orders per slot. We are doing this on a small scale until things take off, so we have only signed into contract 4 workrooms of 30 gamers who will supply both US/EU Alliance/Horde servers. When things start moving faster the queue will be less which is why I stated this service is for those who are not in a rush. I have been very patient in the fight against Blizzard so it’s a virtue I hope everyone here can try to adopt… Impatient people can always look to the regular services where things are done like clockwork. Should you order right after one group is underway your queue will be the duration of the first order group. You would be free to move slots if your first choice is too long of a wait. Settling for the opposite faction would most likely reduce your queue.
Order updates
VIP order updates via the website will be done every maintenance day. This is a huge change compared to the 24 hour updates you are use to. This service is geared towards “BIG” orders so its common sense to expect a few maintenances to go by before completion. There is just too much going on with the guild infrastructure/politics to network/warden monitoring to be updating every 24 hours. Maintenance day updates will be a lot more detailed though than the regular service updates such as screenshots of your characters current look, quest-log, item of the week and that sort of thing. Aside from that you will have access to a special VIP support chat if you desperately need an immediate update. When an order is complete you will also get any un-played pre-paid time remaining on the accounts subscription. Please note there will be no cancelations under any circumstances once the service is underway.
Post Order Agreement
1. You will not break Blizzards TOS for at least 3 months of receiving the account information. This includes regular power-leveling services, buying gold, exploiting, botting and hacking. (If you need gold for your character you would need to order it before it completes and we will make sure your character has the gold, each VIP member will be allowed to purchase up to 5000G)
2. If there is any un-played pre-paid subscription left, you must remain on the server until it has expired. Once expired you are free to transfer servers and get a name change. (Realm Transfers and name changes are at clients expense)
3. You agree never to sell the account.
4. This is not a requirement but more of a hope… Tell legit gamers about this service.

In addition to that you will get the regular mount, epic mount, and flying mount. The flying mount can be substituted for 2 professions (1 gathering 1 production, or 2 gathering).
During the order I will kill every single alliance or horde I see and perhaps camp them if they are in my way or taking my quest mobs. You can expect to see over 1k kills just from worldly pvp during 1-70.
As for Gold, that can be negotiated on msn because there are a few things u can do as for substitutions regarding gold. But all drops and loot for your character will be saved and stored in the bank or put to your alt. All junk or alt class items will be vendored for gold.
